IT support for home users

        For our home-based customers we offer onsite & workshop support plus free telephone support and pay-as-you-go remote assistance. We strive to organize an onsite visit as soon as 3 to 4 hours after a phone call has been received. The charges that apply are very cost effective – we charge a flat fee for the first 2 hours of the onsite visit, and if it takes longer, you pay a low hourly rate for every subsequent hour. 
           Most software related issues could be resolved onsite. There is no call out charge for any computer repair service, laptop repair service or network installation.






All IT support services provided by Laptopa, such as computer repairs, laptop repairs, network support services, wireless network installation services, router setup, virus removal and spyware removal services are performed by qualified engineers and carry a 3 month warranty as standard.
